Yin Yoga is a challenging, yet passive, floor-based yoga practice suitable for nearly everyone, from beginners to advanced students. This form of yoga targets the parts of our bodies that are normally neglected in our everyday physical activity. Going deep, this practice focuses on the body’s connective tissue— including fascia, ligaments, bones, cartilage and joints. Yin Yoga also allows time and space to calm, center and relax the mind, giving you an opportunity to turn inward and connect to your body awareness.

Semi-Private & Group Sessions
Private yoga instruction for individuals, couples and groups, at kah yoga @ plumb place. Private instruction is only offered in packages starting with a minimum of three sessions. Private instruction via FaceTime or Skype are available as well.
